How can you speak for me and tell others how I feel,

One person can’t speak for everyone,

I don’t even know you and you don’t know me,

You only assume we agree,

Hold on everyone,

Don’t jump conclusions,

Just because it appears we have things in common doesn’t mean we’re in collusion,

It’s really not as confusing as you make it seem,

You speak for you and I’ll speak for me.

Completely agree with you. Even I hate it when people assume we will agree on the same things and their theory is is that anybsensible person would agree with it And if I disagree I am stupid according to them😀

I feel the same way… this is what irritates me about appropriated fiction. If someone is very, very sensitive and perceptive, say for example a male-identifying writer telling a victimized woman’s tale, it can sometimes work. But usually it’s just so far off the mark!!!

My inturrptation of this hears the word ” generalization”. No one person can speak on behalf of any collection/group of individuals, though they’re all similar in some way.

  4. Similar feel.👍🎉
